Begin by applying a small amount of Eyelid Primer to the eyelids and allow to dry. Next, apply eyeshadow. Apply the Shimmer Eyeshadow Stick to the lids. Lastly, apply the Eyeliner Pencil starting at the inner corner and glide along the lash line, extending just past the outer corner of the eye.
