The first step in your cleansing routine, this cleansing balm melts away makeup (yes, even waterproof formulas) and washes away impurities without stripping skin. It preps skin for your second cleanse without leaving your skin feeling tight and dry.
How: Massage a dime-size amount onto dry skin, then emulsify with water and continue to massage until balm turns milky. Rinse and gently pat dry.
