Use the wand to apply Metallic Liquid Lipstick in long left to right motions, starting at the bottom center of the lip. Next, apply to your upper lip starting at the cupid's bow and moving to the outer corner of the lip. Repeat this step for the other side of the lip. Give it about 30 seconds to dry.
