Meet Your Next Glam Bag X Curator—Madelaine Petsch
Actress Madelaine Petsch shot onto the scene—or should we say screens—in early 2017 with the premiere of Riverdale, CW’s television adaption of the Archie comics. The show quickly became a cultural phenomenon, and the cast of relative newcomers became instant household names… including Madelaine. On Riverdale, Madelaine plays self-proclaimed Queen Bee, Cheryl Blossom, but if her Instagram handle @madelame wasn’t enough of a hint, she couldn’t be more different from her character IRL.
While Cheryl is the ultimate full-glam girl, Madelaine is all about self-care. Don’t get us wrong, she loves to get ready as much as the next person, but it’s the way she doesn’t take herself too seriously (and her self-deprecating humor) that makes you feel like you’ve been friends for years. “Self-care is hugely important to me and was the biggest inspiration behind my Glam Bag X collection,” says Madelaine. “It’s the time that I take to truly work on my emotional, mental, and physical health, and beauty is a major part of my self-care routine.” She curated her collab to be full of everything you need to embrace self-care, too. The key tools and products she uses to take a step back from the hectic world around her and a step toward herself.
