1. Shake the tube until you hear the metal balls click (that means the oils and pigment are mixed).
2. Then hold upright and sweep over clean, dry lids starting at the lash line and blend with finger, doefoot, or eyeshadow brush. Layer for more impact and feel free to mix and match shades.
3. Close cap tightly after each use. Store horizontally for optimal application
