Dragonliner [Liquid]: Shake well before use. Sweep pen along the lash line. Use the tip of the pen to create a thin, clean line. For a thick, bold line, position pen at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure. Build to intensify color. Store horizontally for best performance.

Dragonliner [Pencil]: For a classically defined eye, line close to the lid. For a smokey eye, smudge gently with your fingers or a brush. To sharpen, simply insert into a cosmetics pencil sharpener and twist!
