How Do You Know What I Like?

Your Beauty Quiz is your best friend here. Update it whenever your tastes change, and don’t forget to review products after you’ve tried them. This helps us learn what works for you and refine future Original shipments.

When Will I Be Able to Review My Products?

You can start reviewing your current month’s products around the third week of every month. If you’re still loving something you received months ago, we want to hear about it! You can revisit your products as far as five months back and review them.

When Will I Get My IPSY Original?

IPSY Original ships monthly. You’ll be billed on the last day of the month prior, and your Glam Bag will ship soon after. You can always track your bag through your IPSY account.

IPSY Ultimate is a quarterly upgrade—meaning it replaces your regular shipment for that month with 8 full-size products instead. You can mix and match subscriptions however you like or pause one while keeping another active.

Where Is IPSY Original Available?

At the moment, IPSY subscriptions are available to our members in the U.S., U.S. territories, Canada, and Mexico.

When Will I Get My Bag?

Your bag will arrive around two weeks after we successfully bill your credit card, which reflects the time we need to personalize the five products, pack everything up in a stylish and cute makeup bag, and then mail it to you via standard ground shipping. Once your bag has left our warehouse, we’ll email you a unique tracking number so you can keep tabs on when your mailer will arrive.

What if My Bag or Products Are Missing/Damaged?

We try our best to ensure every shipment meets our very high standards. That said, in rare cases, if a product is missing or damaged, please reach out to IPSY Care, and our team will happily take care of you.

When Will I Be Billed?

If this is your first IPSY Original (yay!), we will bill you as soon as you choose a plan and provide us with your payment information. After that, we bill you monthly for your upcoming shipment. If we aren't able to bill you successfully on our first try, we will email you and continue trying your payment method on file. At any time, you can go to "My Account" to update your billing info.
