I’m more of a makeup minimalist, so I like to apply it with a fluffy brush to soften the gleam, but if you’re looking for impact, use your fingers and you’ll get just that.”

3. REALHER Eye Am Amazing 24HR Eyeliner in Black

“My favorite way to wear liner is on my top waterline to make my lashes look thicker without looking like makeup. This also happens to be the worst eyeliner location in terms of longevity. Somehow this inky black pencil stayed put from 8am application to 10pm removal with zero smudges or transfers, plus it was soft enough that I didn’t feel like I was poking my eye out when I was tracing my waterline. Suffice it to say, I’m totally hooked.”
