1. Chase Infiniti’s Fairy Lilac Glam

"One Battle After Another" star Chase Infinit looks like a real-life fairy on the Oscars red carpet in this beauty look. Her boho braids by Coree Moreno maintain their smoothness and volume with the ARACHNE ShineBoost™ GLOSS-INFUSION™ Blonde Boar Hairbrush. Matching her gorgeous gown, her lilac glam—created by Amber Dreadon—gives the actress an ethereal look. Use the THRIVE CAUSEMETICS Brilliant Eye Brightener™ Multi-tasking Eyeshadow Stick to recreate this color on your lids. And the JASON WU BEAUTY Wu Blush to bring together the rest of the look.

2. Teyana Taylor’s Striking Cat Eye

Best Supporting Actress nominee Teyana Taylor always wows on the red carpet, and of course she made our list of favorite looks once again. Her striking cat eye, done by makeup artist Yeika Glow, draws attention to her emotive brown eyes. You can get this undereye cat eye using THE BEAUTY BYBEL The Magic Eyeliner to line your upper and lower lids. Pair the look with a soft pink blush, like the BEAUTY CREATIONS COSMETICS Rosy McMichael Vol 2, which also doubles as eyeshadow. Complete the look with the BAREMINERALS ORIGINAL Mineral Veil® 24HR Natural Matte Setting Spray to create the matte finish.

3. Elle Fanning’s Low Ballerina Bun

No one really does a bun quite like Elle Fanning. Working with hairstylist Jenda Alcorn, she always nails a high bun or low bun. This low ballerina-style bun proves ballerinacore is still in full swing (sorry, Timmy). Luckily, this look isn’t too difficult to recreate, it’ll just require plenty of hairspray (we recommend the R+CO BACKBEND Workable Hold + Non-Aerosol Hairspray) and a handful of bobby pins. Following this chignon tutorial will help you recreate the look on your own.

4. Odessa A’zion’s Bouncy Natural Curls

"Marty Supreme" star Odessa A’zion’s hair is the talk of the town and surely deserves its own spotlight. Her signature curly shag gives volume and definition to every single ringlet. Rake the BRIOGEO HAIR CARE Curl Charisma™ Rice Amino + Avocado Leave-In Defining Crème Mini through damp hair and diffuse with the KARMA BEAUTY Orion Multi-Styler Blow Dryer. To sculpt the curls in the front, use the KMS HAIRPLAY Molding Paste

5. Audrey Nuna’s Golden Orb Manicure

"KPop Demon Hunters" star Audrey Nuna proved she and her castmates were golden with this ensemble. What really drew us in? The golden balls on her nails, obviously. Manicurist Marielle Co did such a fantastic job with these nails, proving you should have just as much fun with your mani as you do your hair and makeup. This extends to prom, too.

6. Mikey Madison’s Old Hollywood Glam

Oscar winner Mikey Madison proves old Hollywood glam is always a good idea with this stunning look. Hairstylist Rena Calhoun used the MANE HAIRCARE Hot Round Brush to build these loose curls, setting the look with the HAIR RITUAL BY SISLEY The Invisible Hold Hairspray. No matter the dress you go with, this hairstyle works for anyone and everyone.

7. McKenna Grace’s Pink Princess Look

Actress McKenna Grace appears like she came straight from a fairytale with this pink look. Yet another argument for matching your makeup to your dress, McKenna looks like a bubblegum princess (move over, Glinda). For the eyes, we recommend the MANNA KADAR COSMETICS Pink Mirage Eyeshadow Palette for its blendable pink shades that work for any look. For blush, use the POLITE SOCIETY Go Flush Yourself! Blush and Highlight Face Palette to achieve a soft, healthy flush. Complete the look with the LAURA MERCIER Petal Soft Lipstick Crayon.

8. Gracie Abrams’ No-Makeup Makeup

The no-makeup makeup look isn’t going anywhere, at least not according to Gracie Abrams. The singer-songwriter stuns in a look that’s subtle yet statement-worthy. Achieve Gracie’s effortless glow with the BAREMINERALS COMPLEXION RESCUE® Tinted Moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid and Mineral SPF 30, dabbing on just a little bit of blush and a lip to highlight your features but not draw too much attention to them. To create the wide-eye look, use the TARTE™ Fake Awake™ Eye Highlight with the BENEFIT COSMETICS They're Real! Lengthening Mascara in Jet Black.

9. Mia Goth’s '60s-Inspired Curtain Bangs

Curtain bangs are still in, as Mia Goth has us believing. We’re obsessed with the subtle texture and the way they perfectly frame her face, giving 1960s chic. If this look has made you consider getting curtain bangs before your prom, make sure you learn everything there is about them ahead of time here. We even share some bang styling tips so you can recreate this look for your red carpet.

10. Anne Hathaway’s Romantic Half-Updo

Prom is one of the most romantic nights of your high school experience, so crank it up with a hairstyle similar to Anne Hathaway’s. This twisted half-updo from hairstylist Orlando Pita makes us feel like love is in the (h)air. He uses many bobby pins to get the back of the updo just right and to ensure it lasts all night. To lock it into place, he trusts the GOT2B® Blasting Freeze Spray. This is a look you may want to practice a few times before doing a test run on your big day. Or, you can always visit an experienced stylist who can help recreate Anne’s hairstyle.

11. Kate Hudson’s Sideswept Curls

Best Actress Nominee Kate Hudson is giving elevated mermaid with these sideswept curls by hairstylist Marcus Francis. To get Kate’s curls, use the wand in the STRAIGHT AHEAD Bionic Trio Set for soft curls. Don’t forget the side part as well, using a styling comb to get it just right and a hairspray to hold it in place.

Fun fact: Kate’s glam team used a ton of CHARLOTTE TILBURY products, including the new Pillow Talk Beauty Soulmates Palette in Rosewood and Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer.

12. Wunmi Mosaku’s Sculpted Updo

Best Supporting Actress nominee Wunmi Mosaku captured everyone’s attention with her glam, including a hairstyle from Araxi Lindsey that was inspired by coral reefs. “Wunmi describes her hair texture as 4C. She feels best when her hair is in its natural state. Our goal was to celebrate Afro textured hair in a historic memorable style. The color and hand stitched sequin of Wunmi’s LV customed gown instantly reminded me of glimmers from the suns reflection in an ocean which birthed the idea of creating coral reefs,” Lindsey shares of the look on Instagram. The way Araxi uses Wunmi’s dress to inspire her hair in an out-of-the-box way hopes you all feel inspired to do the same with your natural hair on prom night.

13. Nicole Kidman’s Beachy Waves

Nicole Kidman was a total beach babe on the red carpet with these voluminous beachy waves by hairstylist Adir Abergel. Grab the VOIR Rainforest Mist: Waves Texturizing Hairspray and MERMADE HAIR Double Waver to give this look a try on your strands.

14. Barbie Ferreira’s Subtle Blue Eyes

We’re sensing a trend with matching your dress to your makeup, as this is yet another example. And we’re loving it, it makes the most sense. Model Barbie Ferreira’s makeup artist Kennedy created a subtle cat eye blended with blue eyeshadow to pull the whole look together. Here are some tips on recreating the perfect cat eye on your lids. Don’t forget a blue eyeshadow, like the ABOUT-FACE Shadowstick.

15. Marsai Martin’s Monochromatic Makeup

Actress Marsai Martin’s monochromatic makeup (try saying that three times fast) by makeup artist Diana Shin is “beautiful latte” makeup come to life. We’re drinking it up. Start by creating a smoky and feline-inspired eyes like Diana with the OFRA COSMETICS Signature Palette paired with I-ENVY LASHES Mink Impact Everyday 07 to make the eyes pop. Create the lip with the NUDESTIX Magnetic Matte Lip Color, then go over it with the PÜR Glossy Lip Tint Plumping Tinted Lip Oil to make it glossy.

16. Li Jun Li’s Bold Red Lip

Our final case for matching your makeup to your dress, we have "Sinners" actress Li Jun Li’s striking red lip that matches her dress incredibly well. Makeup artist Sara Hill said she “focused on building luminous, hydrated skin,” which helped make the red cheeks and lip pop even more against a dewy backdrop. She used a combination of ZO SKIN HEALTH products, finishing off with their Illuminating AOX Serum. Once your skin is prepped, you can don some red blush and a red lip that matches your dress and skin tone.

17. Isabela Merced’s Striking Pointed Brows

We’re going to say it, we’ve been playing it way too safe with our brows. Yes, we bleach them, but what happened to creating fun shapes with them? Case in point: Isabela Merced. With help from makeup artist Allan Avendaño, she has us wanting to shape our brows to be razor sharp at the ends, even sharper than our cat eyes.

18. Danielle Brooks’ Bombshell Blowout

Actress Danielle Brooks has one of our favorite looks of the night with her sky-high volume. This bombshell blowout done by hairstylist Tish Celestine defies gravity. Start with the PACIFICA BEAUTY Vanilla Oat Milk Volumizing Mousse on damp hair, then blow it out with the ADAGIO Compact Blowout Brush.

19. Lea Myren’s Daring Smoky Eye

Makeup artist Emma Croft reminds us that a smoky eye doesn’t have to be subtle. For those who dare to be intense, try this look worn by actress Lea Myren. The ICONIC LONDON Smokey Eye Duo Kajal Eyeliner is an all-in-one tool to recreate this look.

20. Demi Moore’s Waist-Length Locks

Hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos makes straight hair fun again with this look on Demi Moore. Prep your hair with a heat protectant, then go in with the KARMA BEAUTY Supreme Ceramic Flat Iron, straightening most of the hair but flipping the ends. Seal the look with a styling oil to add shine.
